What was the highlight of ibis styles Brive Ouest

Reasonablely priced hotel near the autoroute.

We arrived by car with two bikes on the back. The place is a little difficult to find, in the middle of a large commercial area, but it is close to the autoroute and is within a kilometre of a Carrefour and very close to a number of places to eat. We were hoping to leave our vehicle for a few days and then make a bicycle tour of the area. Celie and the other staff were very helpful, looking after our bikes overnight and allowing us to park our car for the duration. Reviewers are correct. Getting down early for breakfast (half past seven-ish) is probably a good idea. I liked the seersucker sheets - they certainly save on ironing.

Good location easy to get to

Easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Lovely restaurant next door. Comfortable bed.

Leak in bathroom, constant puddle on floor. Not much toilet paper, so ran out. No bin in room No tea/coffee making facility in room.

Wonderful

The breakfast was great. Even if the location is not very pleasant (industrial) it was quiet and not so far from the city. All in one, it did the job for one night. A big up to the staff, people were nice and very helpfull to find a restaurant.

Great reliable hotel, convenient to main route

Very conveniently located hotel, not far from main road, we were travelling back through France to Dieppe - staff very friendly and helpful, everything we needed for 1 night pit stop! There was a really nice grill restaurant nearby too and a big supermarket not far away - so we didn’t even need to nip into the main town we could just quickly get back on our way the next day

Clean room, super friendly staff and incredible breakfast!

Carpets and hallways needed updating, torn carpets. Life also not working. Price displayed for nightly stay in reception was a lot less than we paid on booking.com sadly!

This hotel is very convenient to the motorway . The restaurant 'Courtepaille' is good.

Reception was very pleasant and efficient. The room had all we needed. Breakfast was well organised with a wide choice.

No tea or coffee facilities in room. The seersucker (crepon de coton)sheets in this hotel are very uncomfortable.

Practical, handy for motorway, pleasant staff, nice welcome drink.

Location is very handy as it is about 5 mins fro motorway. Plenty of places to eat round and about. There is a restaurant onsite. Remember that this hotel could be considered a 'stop-over' hotel which is ideal for breaking the journey. Nice refreshing water on arrival. Very pleasant reception staff. There is not much to see in terms of 'tourist' attractions round and about.

Its clean, comfortable and practical to get your head down for the night. But the 'IBIS Styles' color scheme consists of bright greens and bright purples which look great in the photos but are a little heavy on the eye. The good news is that once you're asleep the colour scheme will not bother you atall.

This hotel is the perfect stopping point on our journey from Normandie to the south of France

The room is comfortable and the shower excellent. The breakfast is very good and the reception staff exceedingly helpful.
